贝类海鲜是指海洋生物贝类中，能够为人类食用且味道鲜美的贝类。属软体动物门中的瓣鳃纲（或双壳纲）。因一般体外披有1~2块贝壳，故名。常见的牡蛎、贻贝、文蛤、蛏等都属此类。现存种类1.1万种左右。
它们生活在海边，以小贝类海鲜、昆虫和植物为食。
