调压调速，是指调节电动机端电压使电动机在某一转速范围内实现无级调速。优点是电机运行在整个调速范围内都平稳。调速范围也最大，从电机的始动电压可以调到额定电压；PWM调速的优点是效率高，调速范围还行，缺点是在最低转速时电机运行时脉动的，噪音变大，而且负载越大越严重。
