计算固体力学（computational solid mechanics）是计算力学下的固体力学研究分支。其采用离散化的数值方法，并以电子计算机为工具，求解固体力学中各类问题的学科。基本方法是：在已建立的物理模型和数学模型的基础上，采用一定的离散化的数值方法，用有限个未知量去近似待求的连续函数，从而将微分方程问题转化为代数方程问题，并利用计算机求解。
