裙房，依据《建筑设计防火规范》（GB50016-2014），是指在高层建筑主体投影范围外，与高层建筑相连的建筑高度不超过24米的附属建筑。 裙房主要用于商业和公共服务，如设置商场、停车场、休息娱乐场所等，不是高层建筑所必须的，一般在经济繁华区，人口密集区设置，裙房区用于商业，价格较贵的高层居住区，高层区用于居住。
