表面粘度指气液界面上由于不溶膜的存在而引起表面层粘度的变化，以ηs表示，它是不溶膜的表面粘度和水面粘度的差值。对单分子膜表面粘度的测定表明，其值在10-3～1表面泊之间。表面泊的单位是克/秒或千克/秒。对于界面上的可溶性膜也存在界面粘度。
蕬使用量2-3%，增加牢度，改善胶浆表面粘度，加入后当天使用。
