血管造影是指将碘对比剂引入靶血管内，使目的血管显影，从而达到诊断目的。现在的血管造影通常指数字减影血管造影，是指利用计算机处理数字化的影像信息，以消除骨骼和软组织影像，使血管清晰显示的技术。Nuldelman于1977年获得了第一张DSA图像，目前已经广泛应用于临床，取代了老一代的非减影的血管造影方法。
本组患者行股动脉插管全脑血管造影检查(digital subtraction angiography， DSA)，均为Barrow A型单侧TCCF，其中3例合并有假性动脉瘤。
