药物流产又称药流，是指用米非司酮片加米索前列醇药物口服终止早期妊娠。近年来已广泛应用于临床。在怀孕早期不须手术、而用打针或服药的方法达到人工流产。应用药物使妊娠终止，是近20年来的新发展。目前常用的药物是米非司酮片和米索前列醇联合应用，前者使子宫蜕膜变性坏死、宫颈软化，后者使子宫兴奋、子宫收缩，促使胚胎排出。
