英国和英联邦其他成员国之间在贸易上互相提供优惠待遇的制度。目的在于防止其他国家势力渗入英联邦市场。1932年渥太华帝国会议上制定。原称“帝国特惠制”，英殖民地相继独立、英帝国改称英联邦后改现称。1973年英国加入欧洲共同市场后逐步取消。
