金大建抵达韩国的90年代末，曾参加过一档电视访谈节目，名字就叫“来韩国的Kotjebi（花燕子）”，特指这群北方来的兄弟。 但不久后，他觉著这类节目挺可笑的，最后都变成了娱乐节目，只是为了让人放松。
