锅内留底油，放入干辣椒和花椒翻炒出香味，牛肉片回锅炒匀，加入调味翻炒均匀至干。
Leave a little of oil in the wok and add in pepper corns and chillis. Stir until fragrant and return the beef slices to the wok. Add in the seasoning and continue stirring until the sauce has dried.
