臀上皮神经：第1～3腰神经的后支，称为臀上皮神经。为混合性神经，分布于臀部的皮肤。此神经受损则其支配区域的感觉可发生障碍。 臀上皮神经来自腰1～腰3后外侧束，各神经参加组成臀上皮神经的出现率为腰1，2两侧均为100%，腰3左侧为83%，右侧为73%，腰4左侧为13%，右侧为10%。组成臀上皮神经的各腰神经后外侧在横突附近骶棘肌肉、骶棘肌表面或突出筋膜后彼此吻合，合成臀上皮神经后，在臀部吻合更为广泛。偶尔还可与股外侧皮神经或髂腹下神经吻合。
