目的研究胃癌术后腹腔热灌注化疗联合静脉化疗的治疗效果。
Objective:To study the effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy combined with venoclysis on postoperative gastric cancer.
方法：全组51例均采用静脉腹腔联合化疗，并从配药、穿刺、引流腹水、输注化疗药物整个化疗过程，实施一系列的护理措施。
Methods: the combined venous and celiac chemotherapy was applied to all 51 patients and series nursing was adopted in the whole courses of dispensing, puncture, drainage of ascetic fluid and infusion.
结论静脉联合腹腔化疗是治疗晚期胃肠肿瘤的有效治疗手段，副反应轻，病人易于接受。
Conclusions Intraperitoneal chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy is an effective therapy with mild toxicity, which patients can accept.
