腱鞘巨细胞瘤是指发生于手指和手部的坚实性无痛性肿块，肿块可侵袭邻近骨骼，足趾部少见。腱鞘巨细胞瘤呈分叶状，小叶由致密、透明化胶原围绕。本病多见于青年人，女多于男。皮损为圆、椭圆形结节，生长缓慢，呈坚实性无痛性肿块。本病以手术切除为主，术后可复发，但不转移。
目的探讨手部复发性腱鞘巨细胞瘤的手术治疗方法。
