脾阴虚，病证名。指脾精不足。脾胃为后天之本，人体各部的濡养，有赖脾气散精输布。若胃阴虚，或脾虚不运，阳损及阴，或饮食营养不足，均可使脾气散精无源而致本证。临床表现多有胃阴虚症状，并见饥不欲食，肌肉消瘦，体倦乏力等。多见于各类营养不良证。本证多由劳倦内伤，思虑过度，温热病的恢复期，及慢性消耗性疾病的后期等，耗伤脾脏之阴血及津液所致，进而阴虚火旺，形成本证。临床常见不思饮食，食后腹胀，脘腹灼痛，口唇干燥，干呕呃逆，大便干结，形体消瘦，舌红苔剥，脉细或细数。治宜育阴增液。
