脆弱类杆菌(Bacterooides fragilis,Bf)为革兰阴性短杆菌有荚膜,无芽胞,部分有菌毛,专性厌氧,近年来发现产肠毒素脆弱类杆菌(Enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis,ETBF)能够引起家畜、儿童和成人腹泻,资料表明腹泻患者ETBF分离率达9。2%~26。8%,从而引起了研究人员的重视,并对其致病物质—脆弱类杆菌毒素(Bacteroides fragilis toxin,BFT)和生物学特性,编码基因、致病机理、及检验方法等进行了深入研究。
