胃气虚证是指由于胃气不足，导致胃受纳、腐熟及运化功能失司所表现的胃脘隐痛，腹胀纳呆，食后腹胀，呕恶嗳气等证候。本证多因饮食不节或年老体弱，久病耗伤胃气所致。在临床上，很少单独出现胃气虚，一般合并脾气虚而引起一系列症状。
目的：探讨补中益气汤不同浓度、不同时间段对脾气虚证大鼠血清胃泌素的影响。
Objective: To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (BZYQD) with various concentrations at different time points on serum gastrin in spleen-qi deficiency rats.
功效：益气，健脾，和胃，渗湿，保肺；适用于脾胃气虚夹湿之证，亦可治肺损虚劳诸证，为健脾补肺常用方剂。
Indications : Dampness accumulation associated with deficiencies in the spleen, stomach as well as lung. This is a common prescription for both lung and spleen invigoration.
