胃印戒细胞癌（gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma），又称粘液细胞癌，是胃癌的一种特殊病理类型，其癌细胞内充满大量粘液，细胞核偏向一侧，外形酷似一枚戒指，故而得名。该肿瘤具有高浸润转移生物学特征，早期缺乏典型的临床表现，极易与其它胃病相混淆而漏诊，确诊需胃镜检查和病理检查，临床治疗效果及预后较差。
