《职业能力倾向测验》，是2014年浙江省事业单位三次联考笔试主要测查的考试科目之一，另外一门科目是《综合应用能力》。《职业能力倾向测验》题型为全客观题，类似于公务员考试中的行政职业能力测验（简称行测）科目，但各地区考查的侧重点和难易程度均不一样。主要测查应试者的一般学习能力、言语能力、数学能力、空间推理能力、知觉能力、抽象推理能力、逻辑推理能力以及机械推理能力。
