耙吸式挖泥船是吸扬式中的一种。它通过置于船体两舷或尾部的耙头吸入泥浆，以边吸泥、边航行的方式工作。是利用泥耙松土，船中设开底泥舱，舱容积表示船的大小。 耙吸式挖泥船是一种装备有耙头挖掘机具和水力吸泥装置的大型自航、装仓式挖泥船。挖泥时，将耙吸管放下河底，利用泥泵的真空作用，通过耙头和吸泥管自河底吸收泥浆进入挖泥船的泥仓中，泥仓满后，起耙航行至抛泥区开启泥门卸泥，或直接将挖起的泥土排除船外。有的挖泥船还可以将卸载于泥仓的泥土自行吸出进行吹填。它具有良好的航行性能，可以自航、自载、自卸，并且在工作中处于航行状态，不需要定位装置。它适用于无掩护、狭长的沿海进港航道的开挖和维护，以开挖淤泥时效率最高。 亚洲最大的是马来西亚2016年开始制作的Inai Kenanga”号耙吸式挖泥船。
