疾病概述 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种以嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞反应为主的气道慢性炎症。对易感者此类炎症可引起不同程度的广泛的可逆性气道阻塞症状。老年哮喘常见症状有：咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸急促、呼气延长、发作性喘息、胸闷及胸部紧缩，尤其是夜间阵发性呼吸困难。
目的：探讨肺功能试验在老年支气管哮喘（老年哮喘）诊断中的价值。
