综合体建筑（building complex） 由多个使用功能不同的空间组合而成的建筑。又称建筑综合体。分单体式（单幢建筑）和组群式（多幢建筑）两种类型。单体式指各层之间或一层内各房间使用功能不同，组成一个既有分工又有联系的综合体，如上海的华联商厦、北京的民族文化宫。组群式是指在总体设计上、功能上、艺术风格上组成一个完整的建筑群 ，各个建 筑 物之间有机协调，互为补充，成为统一的综合体，如北京的友谊宾馆，纽约的花旗中心。
