目的：总结应用组合组织瓣移植一期修复手部毁损伤及重建部分手功能的临床疗效。
Objective: To observe clinical results of composite tissue flap transplantation in one-stage repair of serious hand injury and evaluate the functioning of the hand reconstructed.
方法应用组合组织瓣和复合组织瓣移植治疗伴有指缺损的全手或手指皮肤套脱伤15例，共移植26块组织瓣。
Methods 26 combined and composite tissue transplants were transferred to treat 15 cases of degloving injuries of the hand with loss of fingers.
