管式裂解炉是指在炉管内进行烃类裂解反R的设备。主要由辐射宰(炉膛)、对流宰、烟闵和供绐热源的喷嘴组成。然料油队喷嘴喷到炉瞠内燃烧,生成的烟气流经对流室后从烟囱排出。辐射宰、对流宰内灼装存炉管,原料油在炉管内加热到所需温度进行裂解反应生成裂解气(烯烃),裂解气纶急冷后进入分离装置。炉管选用合金钢浇铸管。
