In this paper, the axial-fed plasma spraying gun was used to obtain ceramic coatings on steels. Its parameters, properties and microstructure were compared with those of a traditional one.
试验结果表明:轴向送粉式等离子喷涂枪的功率明显低于普通等离子喷涂枪,其喷的陶瓷涂层的性能优于普通等离子喷涂。
The results showed that the power used by the axial-fed plasma gun is much lower, and the properties of the coatings are better than those prepared with traditional gun.
