等斜褶皱是指两翼具有相同倾斜的褶皱。这种褶皱多生成于岩性均匀的地层如板岩地层之中，是强烈变形的产物，常发育有与两翼地层产状一致的轴面劈理。
如果倒转褶皱构造的两翼倾角相等，则可称这种特殊类型的倒转褶皱为等斜褶皱。
