福鼎白茶，福建省福鼎市特产，中国国家地理标志产品。 主要品种分为：白毫银针、白牡丹、贡眉、寿眉。具有白茶性清凉，消热降火，消暑解毒等特点。 2004年6月，原国家质监总局正式批准“福鼎白茶”为原产地域保护产品（即地理标志保护产品）。
白茶为福建的特产，主要产区在浙江，福鼎、政和、松溪、建阳等地。
