...科2002年10月-2007年6月，收治明确诊断的颅内动脉瘤66例，其中手术治疗32例，采用电解可脱性弹簧圈（guglielmi detachable coil，GDC）治疗34例，均在破裂出血后3d内早期治疗，效果满意。现报告如下。
