血清甘胆酸（Cholyglycine，CG） 是胆酸与甘氨酸结合而成的结合型胆酸之一。甘胆酸是妊娠晚期血清中最主要的胆汁酸组分。当肝细胞受损时，肝细胞摄取CG能力下降，致使血中CG含量增高。 胆汁郁滞时，肝脏排泄胆酸发生障碍，而返流血液循环的CG含量增高，也使血CG含量增高。

Objective : To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum cholyglycine(CG) of mother and fetus and the expressions of Caspase-3 and Livin in placenta with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).
