环跳穴（GB30）是足少阳胆经的经穴，穴近髋关节。故又称髋骨、环谷、髀厌、髀枢、枢中、枢合中。穴名之意的“环”为圆形、环曲；“跳”，跳跃；穴在臀部。主下肢动作，指下肢屈膝屈髋环曲跳跃时。足跟可触及此穴，故名。同时经此穴治疗可使下肢疾病好转，做环曲跳跃运动。
