Kunming mice of clean grade were purchased from animal Experiment Center, Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (number of animal license SYXK 2005-0009).
将清洁级icr种鼠体重为26 ~ 28克，饲喂全价颗粒饲料，饲养于SPF级动物实验室内。
