For applicants applying for registration renewal as Competition Athletes, please complete and submit the Athletes' MASTER registration renewal form through HKASA Club to the HKASA.
你必须在注册届满日期最少1个月前将续期申请递交本署，但不得早于该日期的4个月前。
You must submit your renewal application to me at least 1 month before, and no earlier than 4 months before, the expiry date of your registration.
