位于史家胡同11号，建于20世纪初。坐北朝南，其院为中式金柱大门，倒座房四间，进门有一影壁。院内建有西式楼房一栋，砖木结构，地上二层，下带半地下室，宽13米，进深16米。此楼的南、东二面为外廊，方形砖柱，外抹灰。一层门楣抹出简单装饰，二层设水泥仿西式瓶形栏杆。廊内木制隔扇为西式棂条。从平面布局及装饰风格分析，此房原为民国初年的一所私人住宅，后来作为家庭式酒吧对外营业。
