汾河流域是指汾河从发源到汇入黄河流经的区域。汾河全长716公里,流经六个地市,34个县市,流域面积39741平方公里,约占全省总面积的四分之一,养育了全省41%的人民。汾河流域生态高效农业示范区占地40万亩,区域内农田成方、绿树成行、渠路成网,成为集高效、生态、环保、观光、示范于一体的生态高效农业产业带和全省汾河流域生态农业发展示范样板。
