水性环氧涂料是以水为溶剂或分散介质的涂料。水性环氧涂料包括水溶性环氧涂料和水乳化涂料。水溶性涂料常常也称为电泳涂料，即树脂溶于水后形成均匀胶体溶液，若树脂离子带电荷，在直流电作用下，胶体粒子可用电泳在工件表面放电沉积。
