桨距角（Pitch Angle）也称节距角，出自航空的螺旋桨，顾名思义，就是桨叶距离上的夹角，主要原因是为了找一个参考平面，而这个平面又很容易被区分，所以找到了桨叶最顶端的截面，风机上的桨距角指的是叶片顶端翼型弦线与旋转平面的夹角。风力机采用变桨距控制，通过调整叶片迎风角度，来进行功率调整的方式，桨距角β是指风机叶片与风轮平面夹角。
