框架-剪力墙结构，俗称为框剪结构。主要结构是框架，由梁柱构成，小部分是剪力墙。墙体全部采用填充墙体，由密柱高梁空间框架或空间剪力墙所组成，在水平荷载作用下起整体空间作用的抗侧力构件。适用于平面或竖向布置繁杂、水平荷载大的高层建筑。
