杂色曲霉素(Sterigmatocystin)主要是杂色曲霉(Aspergillus versicolor)和构巢曲霉(Aspergillus nidulans)的最终代谢产物,同时又是黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)和寄生曲霉(Aspergillus parasiticus Speare)合成黄血霉毒素过程后期的中间产物。据报道,感染了杂色曲霉的玉米在27℃的环境下,21天可产生杂色曲霉毒素12g/kg以上。
