星形胶质细胞瘤(astrocytome) 是最常见的胶质瘤,约占颅内肿瘤的30%,占胶质瘤的78%以上,男性较多见,高峰发病年龄为30-40岁。肿瘤部位以大脑额叶和颞叶最多见。研究表明,该肿瘤中原癌基因C-sis有过度表达,erb-B1则有扩增。C-sis的过度表达导致PDGF-β链的增加;erb-B1扩增则可使 EGF受体过度表达。此外,肿瘤抑制基因P53、Rb、P16可有失活,提示这些改变可能与肿瘤性的生长有关。
结果:星形胶质细胞瘤的MRI信号强度与病理分级有关。

Objective To study the peritumoral edema and brain tumor interfaces in astrocytomas, and to compare the MRI features with surgical and pathological results.
材料与方法对84例MRI中星形胶质细胞瘤瘤脑界面、瘤周水肿特点进行分析,并与手术病理对照。
