星形胶质细胞瘤（astrocytome） 是最常见的胶质瘤，约占颅内肿瘤的30%，占胶质瘤的78%以上，男性较多见，高峰发病年龄为30-40岁。肿瘤部位以大脑额叶和颞叶最多见。研究表明，该肿瘤中原癌基因C-sis有过度表达，erb-B1则有扩增。C-sis的过度表达导致PDGF-β链的增加；erb-B1扩增则可使 EGF受体过度表达。此外，肿瘤抑制基因P53、Rb、P16可有失活，提示这些改变可能与肿瘤性的生长有关。
结果：星形胶质细胞瘤的MRI信号强度与病理分级有关。
RESULT: the signal intensity on MRI feature have relation with the pathological grade of astrocytic gliomas.
目的分析星形胶质细胞瘤瘤脑界面、瘤周水肿的MRI表现与手术、病理关系。
Objective To study the peritumoral edema and brain tumor interfaces in astrocytomas, and to compare the MRI features with surgical and pathological results.
材料与方法对84例MRI中星形胶质细胞瘤瘤脑界面、瘤周水肿特点进行分析，并与手术病理对照。
