推铅球方法之一。旋转前，右手持球背对投掷方向，持球臂的肘部向外展开，上体稍前倾。旋转开始时，上体向左摆，左膝和左肩同时向左转动；当胸部转至投掷方向时，右脚随之旋转，脚掌落在投掷圈的中心部位，形成背对投掷方向；接着右膝弯曲并继续旋转，左脚掌快速落在圆圈左侧，成最后用力开始的姿势。随后右脚继续蹬转，右髋不断向前上方转动，当头和胸部转向投掷方向时，挺右胸、送右肩，右臂迅速将球推出。球离手后，迅即交换双腿，保持身体平衡。运动员不得使用手套或其他投掷方法。
