目的报道临床应用旋股外侧动脉升支薄型皮瓣的成功经验。
Objective To report our successful clinical experience of applying thin flaps based on ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery.
目的：为切取旋股外侧动脉升支含双营养支的髂骨瓣提供解剖学依据。
Objective: to provide anatomic basis for the dissection of iliac flap pedicled with two nutritive branches of ascending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery.
方法采用带旋股外侧动脉升支血管蒂髂骨瓣转移加游离植骨术治疗中、晚期股骨头无菌坏死32例38髋。
