施工临时设施是施工单位为了完成它所承包的 建筑安装工程任务，必须组织人力、物力、机械，到既定的地点进行施工生产。为此，要建筑和搭设施工期间的施工人员的居住、办公和生活福利用房，以及施工生产必要的附属设施。施工准备阶段，要完成施工初期必要的临时施工设施。施工临时设施的特点是使用期限短，简陋粗糙，造价低。
