排水砂井 (sand drain)又称砂井。软土地基中按一定规格排列(一般按梅花形或正方形)，用中粗砂灌注以加固深层软土地基的圆形砂柱。柱顶铺设砂垫层或砂沟将各个砂井连接起来，构成完整的地基排水系统。
排水砂井除排水作用外，还起到竖向加筋抗滑作用。
