Results T-SPOT. TB assay， PPD， anti-TB antibody test， M tuberculosis polymerase chain reaction，acid-fast bacilli stain and cultures for M tuberculosis were positive in 94.4%(17/18)， 47.1%(8/17)， 12.5%(2/16)， 16.7% (2/12)， 7.7%(1/13)and 27.3%(3/11)， respectively， of patients with active tuberculosis.
