修改的投标文件应按照本章第3条、第4条规定进行编制、密封、标记和递交，并标明“修改”字样。
The bidding documents modified shall be compiled, sealed, marked, submitted and indicated with words of "modification", in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 and 4 in the chapter.
投标人应在规定的投标截止时间前递交投标文件。
