目的:优化现有急诊入院流程、改善流程服务,建立一条优质、高效、快捷的急诊入院流程,提高急诊病人满意度。
Objective: to build an excellent, effective and convenient process of being hospitalized for emergency call so as to raise the satisfactory degree of emergency cases through improving the process.
结论经CHAID方法分析急诊病人满意度的影响因素,发现低年龄、过低收入或过高收入、给医护人员额外报酬的人群满意度低。
Conclusion CHAID analysis indicated that those people who was young, had low income, or had provided money to the medical staff showed dissatisfaction.
