急性胃黏膜病变（AGML）是以胃黏膜发生不同程度糜烂、浅溃疡和出血为特征的病变，以急性黏膜糜烂病变为主者称急性糜烂性胃炎；以黏膜出血改变为主可称为急性出血性胃炎，发生于应激状态，以多发性溃疡为主者可称为应激性溃疡。本组病变虽然病因各异，但发病机制、病理、临床表现、治疗均相似，故一并讨论。本病是上消化道出血的常见病因之一。口服胃黏膜屏障破坏剂为导致急性胃黏膜病变的首要原因，常表现上消化道出血，胃镜检查是诊断本病的首选手段。
