心房间隔缺损为常见的心脏先天性畸形，约占先天性心脏病的23%，女性多于男性，本病较多见于女性，女与男之比为2∶1到4∶1。由于胚胎期构成心房间隔的有关组织发育不全所形成。但有些人认为孕妇在妊娠三个月时患风疹或病毒感染，及用了某些药物（如反应停等）可导致胎儿发育不全，造成心房间隔缺损。
目的观察房间隔缺损(asd)经右心导管行封堵术后，右心房(RA)、右心室(RV)形态及功能的变化。
