微合金化钢是指化学成分规范上明确列入需加入一种或几种碳氮化物形成元素,如GB/T1591—94中Q295—Q460的钢,规定:Nb 0.015~0.06%;V 0.02~0.15%(0.20)%;Ti 0.02~0.20%。 有时为了弥补生产厂在装备和工艺技术方面的不完善,在冶炼时添加<0.015%Nb或<0.05%V,<0.02%Ti的非合金钢和低合金钢,称为微处理钢,依加入碳氮化物形成元素种类,习惯上叫作微Nb处理、微Ti处理等等,交货时不要求作该成分的检验。
