当归芍药散，中医方剂名。出自《金匮要略》卷下。为理血剂。具有养血调肝，健脾利湿之功效。主治妇人妊娠或经期，肝脾两虚，腹中拘急，绵绵作痛，头晕心悸，或下肢浮肿，小便不利，舌质淡、苔白腻者。现于纠正胎位。
