《易传》中说明六十四卦排列次序的篇名。《十翼》之一。提出：“有天地，然后万物生焉。盈天地之间者唯万物。”提出“物不可穷也，故受之以未济终焉。”“未济”是六十四卦的最后一卦，即认为事物的发展变化是无穷尽的。还提出“物不可以终通，故受之以否。”“损而不已必益，故受之已益”等等，认为事物向反面转化的道理。
